Why does the Catholic Church in the US not condemn infant male circumcision?

The Catholic Church in the United States claims to be concerned with the rights of children, and also claims to defend marriage.

Why then does the Church fail to condemn infant male circumcision?

Baby boys have a right to bodily integrity.  And, circumcision is a grevious assault on marriage as it abnormalizes coitus for both the wife and her husband.  Women have a right to natural husbands.

There is no moral nuetrality in mutilating baby boys for life through this superstitious practice.  (Circumcision is not practiced in Catholic Latin America nor in post Catholic Europe, nor for that matter in most of the non-Catholic world either.)
