Burma, Tila Tequila, and the plight of the Burmese people under harsh dictatorship

Burma, Tila Tequila, and the plight of the Burmese people under harsh dictatorship.

While I am drafting an essay on war with a healthy dose of moral philosophy, let’s throw out a random item.  After reading a book on the current situation in Burma a few months back, I went out to YouTube to see if there were any videos on events of the past few years in Burma.  There were many videos and I stumbled upon the one linked to below.  It is both entertaining and informative.  Perhaps, in an attempt to catch or grab the attention of the young, it needs to be saturated with suggestive sexuality.  So be warned.  I would rate it PG-13. (There is no true nudity in it.)

There are a few things to be gleaned from this short video (a little more than 2 minutes long).  First, is information on the brutal dictatorship in Burma and the fact that the UN is doing nothing substantive about it.  And then there is the obvious fact that young adult males are visually oriented creatures that react strongly to visual stimuli.  As well, the young college coeds are perhaps envious when an attractive, sexy substitute teacher conducts their class.  But, I am over analysing.  I promise not to do too many of these type posts in the future.
