I just read a great blog post by Marc David called, “Five Unexpected Super-Foods” where he listed “Oxygen, Water, Sun, Touch and Spirituality” as being among his favorites.  It was such a great reminder.  So often we’re looking for the next best thing that we forget to go back to basics.  Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for cacao, chia seeds, goji berries, hemp seeds, maca – you name it – but there are many ways to feed and nourish your body and being that go beyond specific foods.

I would say my “super-foods” – the things that nourish me the most – are as follows:
