Greetings!

Here are 3 pics from this past weekend of prepared dishes.

A salad with sliced hard-boiled eggs (eggs from hens fed a vegetarian diet free of hormones) and sliced tomatoes.  Adding some slices of avocado is nice as these are very healthy to eat.
